In addition to this website, we operate the Lens By Nexoe application ("the App") — an internal tool used solely by Bo Nexø to publish photography content to social media platforms, including TikTok. The App is not a consumer-facing product; it has no user registration and is operated exclusively by the content creator to manage their own social media accounts.

• All images, videos, and written content on this website and published through the App are © Lens By Nexoe / Bo Nexø unless otherwise stated.
• No reproduction, distribution, commercial use, or training of AI models on this content is permitted without prior written permission.

4. TikTok Integration

The App uses the TikTok API to perform the following actions on behalf of the operator's TikTok account:

• Retrieving basic account information (display name, profile image) to verify account identity.
• Uploading and publishing video content created by Lens By Nexoe.
• Retrieving a list of previously published videos for management purposes.

All TikTok API usage complies with TikTok's Platform Terms of Service and Developer Terms. Data obtained through the TikTok API is used solely for the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and is never shared with third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You may access and view content on this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
